How to Raise a Concern

We will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint and, when appropriate, review the matter and communicate with you regarding the concerns raised.

Concerns About Legal Representation

Some concerns can be resolved through direct communication between the attorney and client. If you have questions about the status of your matter, communication, billing, strategy, or other aspects of your representation, we encourage you to raise those concerns as soon as possible.

Professional Conduct Concerns

If your concern involves the professional conduct or ethical obligations of an Oklahoma attorney and you believe that the matter should be reviewed independently, you may contact the Oklahoma Bar Association.

The Oklahoma Bar Association maintains procedures for receiving and reviewing grievances concerning attorneys licensed to practice law in Oklahoma. Information regarding the grievance process and instructions for submitting a grievance are available through the Oklahoma Bar Association's website.
